The Youth Of Tomorrow:

Haiti's Promise

Message from the President of AGAPE

Fauster Labossiere

 Dear Friends and Supporters

As we approach the 25th year of our existence, the time has come to reflect on our incredible journey, which has seen us uplift and inspire over 100 talented high school students to achieve their dreams and reach their full potential.

From its inception in 2000, AGAPE has devoted itself to preparing young leaders who can carry the torch into the 21st century, equipping them with the tools and the confidence to thrive in an ever-changing world. This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering commitment and support of our sponsors and benefactors. It is also a celebration of the forgotten youth of Haiti, the heart and the purpose of this organization. Your resilience and unwavering support over the years have made all that AGAPE has done for the youth of Haiti possible. Thank you!

In 2025, our goal is to upgrade and improve the AGAPE Youth Center’s Communication Technology Capabilities (ICT). The youth center is where the students freely gather to learn, socialize, and grow. It is an environment where they can express themselves and be away from all the stresses around them.

On behalf of AGAPE-Haiti Inc., I extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been a part of and contributed to this journey. May the next 25 years see the fulfillment of our dream to reach the youth in the surrounding communities of Jeremie. With your help and continued support, I believe this will be possible.

With much gratitude and appreciation,

Fauster Labossiere
President, AGAPE-Haiti Inc.

Academic Year 2023 - 2024,

A Year of Success

What do the Graduates Say About Us?

Success is a source of motivation and encouragement, that’s what I learned as a member of the A.G.A.P.E family. I am so grateful for the leadership of this organization and especially maître Waldinde who tirelessly organized activities (Debate, “Tele-Genie”) at the Center, through which I have gained new knowledge and skills. The Debate Tournament, for example, allows me to develop my critical thinking and reasoning skills and helps me to handle various topics and subjective questions in the official exam. I don’t want to forget the annual ceremony for the high school laureates which has been a great source of encouragement for me.

In short, my success as 1st Grand-Anse Laureate in middle school cannot only be attributed to myself but also to the contribution of the A.G.A.P.E family.

Sarah Dorsaint

1st Grand-Anse Laureate in the Middle School State Exam

As the second laureate of the 2024, 9 th Grade State exam (a.k.a SAT in the US), I can testify that achieving such a high distinction is not due to luck but hard work.

Besides my strong determination to reach this goal, I want to express my personal gratitude to A.G.A.P.E for allowing me to be part of the program, and specifically my coach-director Mr. Waldinde Germain for his strong motivation and his confidence in my potential to succeed.

Guillaume Eudes

2nd Grand-Anse Laureate in the Middle School State Exam

Thanks to the extracurricular activities at the A.G.A.P.E center, I could fill the knowledge gap for any student in my age group. That makes me more ambitious and encourages me to prioritize my education. The positive impact of the AGAPE family on my life allows me to become the 4th Grand-Anse Laureate in the state exam of 2024.
