Making a donation

Becoming an Ambassador

    • Ambassadors Circle was created with the idea of extending AGAPE’s reach to a broader and more diverse community. This group consists of people with a strong commitment to serving others selflessly.

Their contributions are not only limited to raising funds but also to share ideas. Members of this circle help in different ways such as looking for opportunities for the children, helping in our new project to build a library for them, and spreading the word of mouth of our organization.

One can become an ambassador for a project or extend one’s expertise to other suggested projects that would benefit the children. AGAPE believes that the success of a project depends on strong involvement by its ambassadors. We understand the sacrifice it takes to contribute to these causes, so the level of commitment is based on your availability. Please consider joining our circle and let us know how you can help.

Contributing to the Scholarship Program

    • One can opt to sponsor a child already in the program, one on the waiting list or one that will be chosen in the upcoming academic year.

One year tuition is USD 300. That amount is used either toward the tuition only, for students in private school, or for other school expenses like buying books, uniform, library membership fees, food …etc, for a student in public school.

We would be grateful to any donor who would like to tell us the length of his/her commitment, so we can inform the beneficiary. But we encourage everybody to take a long term commitment to help the child complete the secondary school cycle and if possible to go even beyond that.

If a sponsor wants to have a close follow-up on a sponsored child, like receiving a school report or have direct contact or exchange with a student we will facilitate that and even encourage it.

Any donation less than the equivalent of one-year tuition will go to the scholarship funds and will not be assigned to one specific student to avoid dropping the student in the middle of the academic year because of lack of funds

Becoming a Mentor

    If you want to be involved as a Mentor in a child’s life it’s a great opportunity to do so

Contributing to the healthcare coverage of a student

    If you want to get more engaged, touching other aspects of a child’s life by providing the funds for healthcare coverage and give this child the opportunity to have at least one annual visit with a primary care physician and ophthalmologist, such help would be more than welcome

Contributing to the Youth Learning Center construction

Participating in our fundraising events and help spread the word.
